CHECK THE SOLUTION.

= 14.8N, = 14.8 N.

Sol. ω = 2 π n = rad/sec

r = = 60 cm = 0.6 m

m = 1 g = 10 – 3 kg

F = m ω 2 r = 10 – 3 × × 0.6

= = 14.8 Ans.

This force is exerted by blade of fan and equal force is exerted by particle on blade in same magnitude but opposite in direction.
